
The Flying Queens returned to the NAIA Top 25 for the first time since Jan. 11 after winning two games at home last week. The WBU women received 49 votes, moving them into 25th place in this week's Coaches Poll, which was released on Monday afternoon.
Three other Sooner Athletic Conference schools are ahead of the Queens in the poll. Oklahoma Baptist remained 4th, Oklahoma City moved up one spot to 6th, and Lubbock Christian climbed up two spots to 20th.Oklahoma Christian, which had been 19th, fell out of the top 25 after losing three straight last week. The Lady Eagles, along with Rogers State and Southern Nazarene, remained among those receiving votes. Wayland will face RSU in Claremore, Okla. on Thursday evening.
