Wayland Baptist University outside hitter Kimberli Harger is the Sooner Athletic Conference Player of the Week, leading three other award winners for the week of Oct. 13-19.

A freshman outside hitter from Lubbock, Harger averaged 2.8 kills, had 6.5 blocks, six service aces, and 67 digs in leading the Pioneers to a 4-1 week. The Cooper High graduate, who recorded a season-high 15 kills against #24 Lubbock Christian, had a .340 efficiency on attacks during the five matches.

Other conference award winners for the week include Southern Nazarene's Lindi Lebsock, who was named Setter of the Week; SNU's Erika Knowles, was Libero of the Week; and Oklahoma Baptist's Chassie Hamilton, was named Hitter of the Week.
