The Pioneer women moved up to 6th place in the latest NAIA Top 25 rankings released last Tuesday. It is the highest a WBU cross country team has been ranked in the national poll.

The large jump was a direct result of the Pioneers' outstanding performance and their first place showing at the NAIA Mid-States Classic last weekend in Winfield, Kan.

Next up for both Pioneer cross country teams is the Sooner Athletic Conference Championships which are to be held Saturday, Nov. 8 in Oklahoma.
