Tom Harp - Head Coach - 11th Season

Tom Harp is in his 11th year as the head coach of the Wayland Baptist University men's golf team. His teams have made eight straight appearances at the NAIA Championship Tournament, highlighted by a runner-up finish in 2007.

Since Coach Harp took over in the Fall of 2001, 16 Pioneers have earned NAIA All-American honors, five have made the NAIA Championship All-Tournament team, and one has been honored as the Phil Mickelson Award winner as the NAIA's top freshman golfer.

The 2007 squad was awarded the Buffalo Funds Five Star Award for its dedication and implementation of the NAIA Champions of Character program's five core values, and one Pioneer golfer was given the NAIA Championship Character Act Award.

Coach Harp and his wife, Maury, have two children, Megan (14) and Jaden (4).
