Shiloh Posey returned to Wayland Baptist four years ago to take over the resurrected Pioneer women's soccer program. A 1995 graduate of WBU, Coach Posey worked as a volunteer assistant for the Pioneer soccer team in 2003 while studying for his Master's of Education degree.

A native of Brownfield, Tex., Coach Posey holds a National "D" license from the NTSSA and a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. He coached three years at Stephenville (TX) High School where he was the head girl's soccer coach, leading the Honeybees to the playoffs his final two seasons and the program's first-ever Bi-District Championship.

Coach Posey and his wife, Kristine, were married in December 2009.

Britni Walker is native of Loveland, Col. and played collegiate soccer at Cochise College and at Iowa Wesleyan.

An Honorable Mention All-Conference selection at Cochise, Coach Walker transferred to Iowa Wesleyan where she served as team captain for two seasons.

She graduated from Ponderosa High School in Loveland where she was varsity team captain and an Honorable Mention All-District honoree.
