Shiloh Posey - Head Coach

Shiloh Posey returned to Wayland Baptist in 2008 to take over the resurrected Pioneer women's soccer program. A 1995 graduate of WBU, Coach Posey worked as a volunteer assistant for the Pioneer women's team in 2003 while working on a Master's of Education. Beginning in the Fall of 2009, Coach Posey will also take over as head coach of the newly formed WBU Men's Soccer program.

A native of Brownfield, Tex., Coach Posey holds a National "D" license from the NTSSA and a NSCAA National license. He has spent the last three years at Stephenville (TX) High School where he was the head girl's soccer coach, leading the Honeybees to the playoffs the past two seasons and the program's first-ever Bi-District Championship.

Beau Morris - Grad Assistant

Beau Morris is in his first year as a graduate assistant for the Pioneer men and women's soccer programs. A former volunteer assistant for the Midwestern State University women's soccer team, as well as the Burkburnett High School teams, he will graduate from MSU in December 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.

Coach Morris, who earned a soccer scholarship at Baker University until injuries forced him to the sidelines, has spent the past three seasons as coach of the '96 Boys Xpress Soccer Club in Wichita Falls, Tex. Last fall, the team captured first place at the Plano Competitive Youth Soccer Tournament and in 2007 won the Arlington Labor Day Tournament.

A 2004 graduate of Burkburnett (TX) High School, Coach Morris has his USSF "D" License and the NSCAA National Diploma.

Natasha Hunter - Assistant Coach - 1st Season

Coach Natasha Hunter, a member of the original Wayland soccer program, was a two-time All-Sooner Athletic Conference honoree and won All-Region VI honors once as a Pioneer before transferring to Northwestern Oklahoma State University when the WBU program was disbanded following her junior season.

A native of Lubbock, Coach Hunter worked as a student assistant for the Lady Rangers following her playing career in 2004. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from NOSU in 2005.

A graduate assistant for Coach Posey for the past two years, Coach Hunter was promoted to assistant coach of both the men's and women's programs prior to the 2009 season.
