ALVA, Okla. --- Former Flying Queen All-American Stephanie Shaw's Northwestern Oklahoma State Lady Rangers used a strong second half to pull out a 77-63 win on Saturday afternoon.  The loss dropped the Queens (8-13, 6-9) back into lone possession of eighth place in the conference standings.  Shaw's team improves to 11-10 and 8-8.
