AMARILLO, Texas --- In their final dual of the season, the Wayland Baptist men's wrestling team fell 24-18 to New Mexico Highlands University on Monday evening at Randall High School.

The Wayland Baptist men's wrestling team dropped three duals on Saturday at the Texas Shootout.  The Pioneers kept Ouachita Baptist close in the opener of the Texas Shootout, but lost 26-18.  Grand Canyon University rolled over Wayland 44-3, and then Newman University rallied from behind to take a 27-23 decision.  All three Pioneer opponents compete in NCAA Division II.

LINDSBORG, Kan. --- The Pioneer men's wrestling team picked up two dual wins on Wednesday night, including a 28-18 upset over #13 Concordia University (Neb.).  The WBU men also defeated host Bethany College, 31-8.

ARLINGTON, Texas --- The Wayland men's wrestling team went 2-1 at the 2012 Hilton Arlington Lone Star Duals on Saturday.  The Pioneers defeated Marion Military 36-6 and the University of Texas club team 38-15 in their first two duals of the day, but fell in the finale to the University of Tennessee-Chattanogga, 46-3.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- The Wayland men's wrestling team got back to work after the Christmas break on Sunday with a dual against New Mexico Highlands University.  Four Pioneers picked up victories, two by fall, in the 32-18 loss.
